Collections Representative

The Collections Representative is responsible for performing collection activities on delinquent consumer, real estate, and investor-owned mortgage accounts while ensuring timely collections and regulatory compliance. This role involves negotiating payment arrangements to avoid foreclosure and repossession, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a single point of contact for member follow-up. The position requires managing high call volumes, analyzing borrower financial information, and coordinating with internal and external departments to resolve default and loss mitigation issues.
