Collections Specialist

This role is responsible for managing delinquent member accounts across various loan types, including credit cards, secured loans, and real estate loans, to achieve collection goals and maintain member loyalty. The position involves contacting members to resolve delinquencies, utilizing collection tools, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The specialist will also perform skip tracing, recommend accounts for repossession or foreclosure, and maintain professional relationships with members and internal teams.
