About this role
Palmetto Capital is seeking a data-driven Collections Strategy Manager to design and optimize customer-facing collections communication campaigns that improve payment outcomes while maintaining a positive customer experience. The role partners closely with internal teams and an external subservicer to build lifecycle messaging strategies aligned with compliance requirements. This position is onsite in Charlotte, NC and reports to the Sr. Director, Finance Operations.
