Collections Supervisor

The Collections Supervisor manages and provides account reconciliation support to the Collections Team, ensuring customer accounts are accurate and resolving billing disputes. This role supervises Collectors and Payment Application Clerks, facilitates the resolution of billing disputes, and assists the Credit Manager as needed. The position requires strong understanding of billing and collection processes, with a focus on achieving monthly collection goals and maintaining confidentiality of company and customer information.
