College Access Mentor Specialist

The College Access Mentor Specialist serves as the primary relationship-builder and college-going culture anchor for students in grades 6–8, delivering bi-weekly mentorship, identity-centered programming, and family engagement. This full-time, single-site leader is responsible for building the Brotherhood foundation that sustains students through high school and into college. The role involves maintaining a consistent presence on campus, supporting academic needs, and tracking student progress to ensure long-term engagement.
