About this role
The College Counselor & Advisor supports College Track’s 10-Year Promise by guiding scholars through their postsecondary journeys and co-owning long-term education plans. The role blends leadership development and college counseling, providing both group curriculum facilitation and individualized advising to help students access, enroll in, and persist through college. The position is site-based and works closely with academic staff, families, and community partners to create integrated scholar-centered support.

It provides multiyear, wraparound services including academic coaching, tutoring, college-application and financial-aid support, mentoring, and career-readiness programming. Working with schools, families, funders, and colleges, College Track removes barriers to access and persistence and offers scholarships and advising that follow students from high school through college completion.
