About this role
The Commercial Contracts Counsel will serve as in-house counsel leading the firm’s third-party contract review process and overseeing drafting, editing, reviewing, and negotiating key contractual terms. The role manages contract workflow, develops and updates contracting playbooks and policies, and acts as a liaison between Procurement, Operations, Legal and firm attorneys. This Business Professional role sits within Legal and Risk Management and focuses on vendor and service provider agreements including software/SaaS (including AI), cloud services, purchase and subscription agreements.
