Commercial Counsel, Procurement

The Commercial Counsel will support xAI’s procurement efforts by negotiating and closing high-value agreements for software, SaaS, hardware, infrastructure, services, and data. The role partners closely with engineering, finance, operations, and the Data Center and Procurement Lead to ensure contracts align with business objectives and compliance requirements. This is a hands-on legal role based in Palo Alto that contributes to building efficient contracting processes, templates, and systems to scale procurement operations.
