The Commercial Effectiveness Director for Brown-Forman's Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific (EAA) division leads and owns the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and the commercial capability agenda across EAA markets. This senior leader partners with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Global Production and Finance to drive cross‑functional alignment and continuous improvement. The role is accountable for developing commercial capability curriculum and ensuring consistent IBP standards and KPIs across markets.
