About this role

The Commercial Engines Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational development program focused on the commercial engines business at Pratt & Whitney. Participants will rotate through four different business departments to gain broad exposure to aerospace industry operations and business objectives. The program provides growth opportunities, mentorship, and preparation for key positions within the Commercial Engines organization.

Responsibilities

Work with rotational supervisor on high-impact projects in support of key business objectives
Present final projects to Commercial Engines senior leadership team at the end of each rotation
Support CELDP program through functional assignments in recruiting, onboarding and networking outreach
