About this role
A 6-month internship supporting the Commercial Excellence function to help develop and execute commercial strategies and processes that improve sales effectiveness and operational performance. The role provides hands-on experience with commercial data, CRM systems, and incentive processes, focused on the Italy and Iberia (Spain & Portugal) markets. It involves working with regional CommEx teams and local associates while receiving training and increasing independence throughout the placement.
