Commercial Lines Account Manager

The Commercial Lines Account Manager collaborates with a Producer to obtain, maintain, and service assigned commercial lines accounts while providing strong customer service and building professional relationships with clients and carrier representatives. This role requires a highly organized individual who can work independently to manage client expectations, analyze accounts for appropriate coverage, and ensure accurate billing and policy updates. The position involves maintaining active licensing, completing continuing education, and acting as a team lead to ensure service guidelines are met.
