The Commercial Maintenance Technician provides on-site maintenance support for Birgo’s commercial and multifamily properties, splitting time between commercial asset upkeep and supporting in-house trade crews. The role contributes to maintaining safe, functional, and presentable properties across multiple Pittsburgh-area locations and participates in Birgo’s team-oriented culture. The position is scheduled Monday–Friday and is not on-call.
