About this role

Vaxcyte is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to join the IT Project Management team and support commercial launch readiness. In partnership with the Commercial Launch Lead and cross-functional stakeholders, this role will own key project management deliverables, including the integrated launch schedule, critical path, meeting governance, risk log, dashboards, status reporting, and communications. The role will also coordinate across Commercial and functional workstreams to support resource planning, KPI tracking, process and tool adoption, launch issue resolution, and post-launch performance visibility.

Responsibilities

Manage integrated launch schedules and critical path timelines
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams for commercial launch readiness
Develop and maintain project management dashboards and KPIs
