The Stanley Black & Decker Leadership Development Program (SLP) is a rotational program designed to accelerate the development of future leaders in Sales, Channel, and Brand Management. Participants will complete two to three rotations across Retail, Commercial & Industrial End User, and Sales Support functions to gain comprehensive business and go-to-market experience.
