Commis Chef (Prep Cook)

The Prep Cook plays a vital role in supporting the overall organization and efficiency of the kitchen. Reporting directly to the Chef de Cuisine, the Prep Cook is responsible for preparing, receiving, and organizing produce and ingredients for use by line cooks and sous chefs.
