As a Commis Chef at Village, you serve as the foundation of the kitchen, focusing on learning, preparation, and supporting the Head and Sous Chefs during service in a high-volume environment. The role emphasizes mastering culinary basics, maintaining strict food hygiene standards, and ensuring menu accuracy through tasting and testing. You will collaborate with the brigade to ensure smooth service flow, clear communication, and minimal waste while taking ownership of your section.
