Commissary Lead

The Commissary Lead reports directly to the Commissary Manager and oversees the execution of commissary operations, including production, consistency, food safety, and inventory accuracy. This role requires a proactive self-starter who identifies inefficiencies, proposes process improvements, and maintains high standards for food safety and kitchen organization. The position involves managing daily prep schedules, tracking inventory and costs, and ensuring the commissary runs efficiently and to standard.
