Commissioning Coordinator

The Commissioning Coordinator serves as the Owner’s Representative, coordinating and facilitating building system activities from contractor turnover through the “Process Ready” milestone. This role acts as the central coordination point between the Commissioning Agent, contractors, engineers, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the commissioning and turnover process. The position is responsible for driving accountability, managing handoffs, tracking readiness activities, and maintaining documentation to ensure efficient system progression.
