The Communication Center Generalist serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and current students, supporting enrollment, registration, and retention goals through high-volume communication. The role engages students via multiple platforms, follows up on leads, assists with academic advising, and resolves enrollment barriers. The position is responsible for meeting key performance indicators related to call activity, student contacts, and retention while providing student-centered service.
