Communications & Content Manager

The Communications & Content Manager serves as the chief steward of Thistle Farms' story, voice, and communications strategy, leading integrated communications, content marketing, social media, and public relations initiatives. This role ensures consistent, trauma-informed messaging across all channels, manages external PR partnerships, and oversees compelling content creation to drive awareness, engagement, advocacy, fundraising, and sales. The position works collaboratively across departments to amplify the organization's mission through strategic communications and storytelling.
