Communications Operator

The Communications Operator serves as the primary telecommunications contact for a multi-location hospital system, responsible for receiving, screening, and routing incoming calls and pages to appropriate departments and staff. This role provides accurate information, supports emergency communication processes, and delivers courteous service to patients, visitors, and staff.
