Community Associate

The Community Associate provides information to customers, handles a high volume of incoming calls, manages complaints, schedules and confirms appointments, and logs them into the system. The role also responds to various inquiries via phone, mail, email, and in person, utilizing computer databases and research to address service needs, with potential evening, weekend, and holiday work.
