Community Based Therapist

The Community Based Therapist provides home-based individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and support services to preserve families, stabilize placements, and facilitate reunification. This contract role requires a flexible schedule to work with high-risk families, including those involved with CPS and DFCS, in their homes and community settings. The position involves conducting assessments, implementing clinical interventions, and collaborating with community resources to support children and families.
