Community Based Therapist

The Community Based Therapist provides home-based individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and support services to high-risk families, children in foster care, and birth parents. This role focuses on family preservation, placement stabilization, and reunification through clinical assessments and cognitive-behavioral interventions. The position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet clients in their homes across the metro Atlanta area.
