Community Engagement Manager

The Community Engagement Manager leads, develops, and mobilizes a team of AmeriCorps Volunteers to recruit, onboard, engage, and retain literacy tutors for Reading Partners in North Texas. This role involves strategizing and managing the regional community engagement strategy, including partnership development, volunteer recruitment, and retention efforts.
