The Human Resources Manager, AmeriCorps supports the people-facing and policy-aligned aspects of Reading Partners' AmeriCorps program, partnering with National Service and cross-functional stakeholders to manage volunteer relations, policy implementation, and organizational risk. This remote role ensures AmeriCorps Volunteer-relations practices, escalated issue handling, and ADA accommodation processes are managed consistently and in alignment with organizational standards and program compliance requirements. The position serves as an HR partner to the AmeriCorps program, providing guidance on sensitive matters, documentation, and risk management while consulting with managers and internal teams.
