Community Liaison

The Community Liaison supports newcomers in achieving their employment goals through individualized coaching, employment readiness support, and case management. This role involves developing partnerships with employers and community organizations to create workforce integration opportunities while facilitating workshops and providing career pathway guidance. The position requires managing client caseloads, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to positive employment and settlement outcomes.
