Complex Case Coordinator

The Complex Case Coordinator provides specialized coordination and support for Government-Assisted Refugee (GAR) and other newcomer clients with complex health, psychosocial, or settlement-related needs. The role involves comprehensive assessment, collaborative planning, and coordination of multidisciplinary services to ensure safe, stable, and sustainable settlement outcomes. The Coordinator works closely with various teams to manage health-related complexities, facilitate access to supports, and advocate for vulnerable clients.
