Easterseals Midwest
The Community Living Supervisor provides day-to-day supervision of employees and program services for individuals with disabilities living independently. This role oversees the implementation of service plans, including medical care and behavior supports, to ensure individuals' outcomes and objectives are met. The position ensures that all supports provided meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements, and accreditation standards.
