Community Manager

As the first Community Manager at Viktor, an AI coworker platform, you will independently own the entire community ecosystem across Slack, Reddit, and review sites. You will transform lurkers into active users, organize grassroots events, and serve as the primary conduit for customer feedback between the community, support, engineering, and product teams. This role requires building systems from scratch to turn community engagement into retention, growth, and product validation.
