About this role

The Community Organizer fellowship with the Working Families Party in Georgia is a 9‑month, part-time, hands-on training program to develop local leaders rooted in their communities. Fellows participate in structured training while building a volunteer team, identifying local issues, and running a concrete campaign that improves conditions for working families. The role progresses through phases of foundation building, team formation, campaign execution, and transition to sustainable, member-led leadership.
