Community Recreation Support Specialist

The Community Recreation Support Specialist helps children and adults with disabilities participate in community-based recreation programs by providing individualized support to promote skill-building, independence, and positive peer interactions. The role involves working directly within Parks and Recreation activities to foster a welcoming, inclusive environment while collaborating with staff and participants. Specialists may occasionally support shifts across the Twin Cities metro and are required to attend orientation and training at the Edina, Minnesota office.
