Community Relations Representative

The Community Relations Representative serves as the primary point of contact for residents, fostering positive relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the customer lifecycle. This role manages communications, facilitates seamless move-in and move-out processes, and supports community management operations. The position requires regular in-person attendance at an assigned office to interact with residents and prospective residents.
