Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including work orders, unit turns, and maintaining grounds and amenities to preserve the property asset. This position reports to the Community Manager, General Operations Manager, or Maintenance Supervisor and ensures a quality living environment for residents. The role involves routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, preparing vacant units, and responding to emergency requests. The technician must adhere to safety regulations, maintain tools and equipment, and complete required documentation accurately.
