The Community School Director implements City Year’s Whole School, Whole Child framework to coordinate school, family, and community resources in support of student success. The role connects school leadership, community-based organizations, families, and City Year staff while leading a school team to deliver aligned academic, attendance, and social-emotional supports. The CSD ensures data-driven, equitable programming and sustainable partnerships to improve school climate and student outcomes.
