[Immediate Hire] Middle School Assistant Dean of Culture

The Middle School Assistant Dean of Culture at DREAM supports a positive, achievement-oriented school culture aligned with whole-child development. Reporting to the Dean of Culture, this role is based at East Harlem Middle School and centers on students’ social-emotional growth and well-being. The position involves direct engagement with middle school students and close collaboration with families and staff. It contributes to DREAM’s broader mission of serving youth in East Harlem and the South Bronx through rigorous, inclusive education and community-based programs.
