About this role

The Compensation Analyst provides cross-organizational compensation support across the Leidos enterprise, evaluating moderately complex compensation matters and applying established principles, policies, and regulatory requirements. This role delivers data-driven guidance and recommendations to Total Rewards Partners, HR, and business stakeholders on recurring and ad hoc matters such as job and pay actions, incentive payments, and market analysis. The position requires strong analytical judgment, technical capability, and effective collaboration within the Total Rewards team and broader HR community.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and approve compensation actions including promotions and salary adjustments
Conduct market pricing and compensation analyses to identify trends and pay relationships
Develop compensation models, dashboards, and reporting to support enterprise initiatives
