The Compensation Partner is a strategic advisor and subject matter expert responsible for shaping and maintaining competitive, equitable total compensation programs across base, variable, sales, executive pay, and equity. The role partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance while leading Workday Annual Compensation Planning, market benchmarking, compliance audits, and survey participation. It focuses on enabling data-driven pay decisions and driving process and system improvements to support global talent strategy.
