The Compensation Specialist supports the delivery of compensation projects and day-to-day compensation administration across UHN, applying advanced analytics to job evaluation, salary structure implementation, and market alignment. The role involves collaborating with Total Rewards, People Consultants, Finance, Payroll, and HR Technology teams to provide data-driven insights and strengthen compensation processes.
