The Workday Compensation Lead serves as the subject matter expert for the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday Compensation modules at UHN. This role translates compensation programs and policies into system requirements, coordinates project deliverables, and ensures accurate program delivery through rigorous testing and stakeholder collaboration. The position involves leading configuration efforts, resolving defects, and providing training and knowledge transfer to users throughout the implementation and stabilization phases.
