Complaints Investigator

This role involves supporting complainants as an advocate to achieve optimal resolutions for their feedback or complaints. The position requires investigating Stage 1 complaints in accordance with housing service policies, legislation, and statutory obligations while serving as the primary point of contact. The successful candidate will produce detailed reports with findings and recommendations to improve service delivery and rebuild trust with residents.
