About this role
The Compliance Complaints Advisory Specialist (Principal Associate) on the Retail Bank Compliance team researches and analyzes high-risk customer complaints to provide regulatory guidance. The role evaluates how customer accounts were serviced, identifies trends and risks across business areas, and communicates regulatory insights to business partners. The specialist works cross-functionally with Legal, operations, and other Compliance teams to advise, document assessments, and support reporting to senior leadership.
