The Resolution Analyst identifies applicable laws and regulations related to customer complaints and handles research, investigation, negotiation, and resolution of customer appeals and grievances. The role ensures document and data integrity and maintains regulatory compliance across nontraditional banking business units. The analyst prepares findings and executive/board summary reports and collaborates with product, service, and compliance teams to reduce and remediate complaints.
