The Compliance & Continuous Improvement Director (Operations) will lead the establishment and long-term embedding of GMP compliance, lean practices, and digital maturity at the Toulouse site through launch, ramp-up, and steady-state operations. The role partners with site leadership and Quality to ensure the site attains and sustains inspection readiness and operational resilience as it scales.
