Continuous Improvement Specialist

A Lean Implementation Specialist at Prysmian is responsible for embedding the company’s Lean approach at the Nordenham plant and ensuring site objectives are aligned with group-level Lean targets. The role promotes continuous improvement and capability building across the site and acts as the local liaison between plant management, operational leaders and Lean stakeholders. It supports the establishment of a Lean culture and the reporting of progress to both local and group Lean leadership.
