Compliance Lead

The Compliance Lead provides day-to-day regulatory leadership for municipal registration, jurisdiction activation, multi-state expansion, and operational compliance. This role reviews legal and regulatory requirements, resolves workflow conflicts, approves activation readiness, and ensures internal teams receive accurate guidance. As the company expands into new markets, the position plays a critical role in ensuring every new jurisdiction is activated correctly and compliantly. The role also involves maintaining SOPs, managing escalations, and supporting expansion and onboarding efforts.
