Compliance Regulatory Change position within BMO’s Compliance Program Management team focused on identifying and monitoring regulatory developments affecting the bank. The role partners with Legal and first- and second-line control teams to ensure regulatory awareness and alignment across the organization. It supports the integrity and continuous improvement of the regulatory change management framework and tooling.
