Compliance Officer

The Compliance Officer is a technical Building Compliance role within the Council's Estates Building Services team, ensuring buildings are safe, compliant, and operational in line with policies and statutory requirements. The position involves overseeing maintenance activities to meet health, safety, and environmental regulations while supporting budget monitoring, invoicing, and financial reporting. The officer collaborates with internal teams, contractors, and external partners to maintain high standards of governance, transparency, and safety across the Council's managed estate.
