Composites Stress Engineer

As the first Stress Engineer at Hybron, this role will establish the foundation for structural analysis of fiber-reinforced composites using a novel manufacturing process. The engineer will build and validate advanced FEA models, guide design and material choices, and ensure parts meet demanding aerospace and defense requirements. This position bridges simulation, testing, and manufacturing to optimize mission-critical applications like artillery shells while managing cross-functional projects.
